Adam is a seasoned public affairs and strategy leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors throughout the U.S. and Canada. His career spans roles within publicly traded companies, a high-growth startup co-founded by one of Square’s founders, the largest trade association in Missouri, and the U.S. House of Representatives—giving him a rare, full-spectrum understanding of how government, business, and innovation intersect.
Adam has led large-scale public affairs and communications efforts in over 150 markets, driving regulatory wins, securing public funding, and building strategic partnerships with stakeholders ranging from city leaders to Fortune 500 executives. He has helped companies expand nationally, strengthened government relationships, and directed multi-channel communications through high-stakes public policy initiatives.
In addition to guiding organizations through their strongest moments, Adam has also played a key role in navigating their most difficult ones. He has helped lead companies through mergers and acquisitions, complex organizational restructures, and the Chapter 11 process—ensuring continuity, compliance, and ultimately, resurgence.

Elijah served as the 77th Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives and was the youngest Speaker in the nation when he took office. Today, he brings his deep experience in law, legislation, and public affairs to Innovation Policy Partners, where he advises clients navigating the complex intersection of government, regulation, and the judiciary.
In addition to his consulting work, Elijah hosts The Elijah Haahr Show—an award-winning, drive-time talk show broadcast across six Midwestern states. His commentary has earned national recognition, with op-eds published in The Wall Street Journal and Forbes, and appearances on programs including The Tucker Carlson Show. In 2024, he received the Missouri Broadcasters Award for top opinion and commentary.
Born on a farm in Iowa and raised in rural southwest Missouri, Elijah graduated with honors from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2008. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Oklahoma and has successfully litigated cases in both state and federal courts. During his eight years in the Missouri General Assembly, he played a leading role in shaping policy, culminating in his tenure as Speaker from 2018 to 2021.
